Linsformeln \displaystyle 1/a+1/b=1/f \displaystyle a=1,3 m \displaystyle b = 0,20 m \Rightarrow \displaystyle f = 0,17 m

Taklampans storlek förhåller sig till \displaystyle 1,3 m som bildens storlek till \displaystyle 20cm \displaystyle 0,50/1,30=x/0,20 \displaystyle x=0,077 m dvs \displaystyle 7,7 cm (diametern)
