Ein Polynom mit den Nullstellen −1+i und −1−i enthält die Faktoren z−(−1+i) und z−(−1−i). Ein so ein Polynom ist

(z−(−1+i))(z−(−1−i))=z2+2z+2.

Hinweis: Alle Polynome mit diesen Nullstellen sind

C(z+1−i)m(z+1+i)n

wo C=0 eine beliebige konstante ist, und m und n positive ganze Zahlen sind.
